- Use paint and a brayer to add color to the gel plate; one color for the background and another for the embossed image. Once color is added to the gel plate, flip over on a piece of paper, cardstock, or canvas. Apply pressure with hands or a clean brayer to transfer the image. Make multiple prints by adding more paint and mixing colors. No two prints will be the same. The gel plate is easy to clean and comes in a container for storage. Perfect for cardmaking, papercrafts and mixed media.
